Multiple Ad accounts

I've been using Ads on my real account to promote few pages. But this is turning out to be very expensive.

Can I purchase an old US (PVA) account and use one of the FB ad voucher from Fiverr to promote the same page?

If FB notices that the same page is being promoted from two different accounts - will it raise red flag?

Let me know if there's a work-around to get this working, please. Cheers!

You can probably get away with a couple of accounts but soon as you make it systematic you'll likely lose your page altogether.
