Multiple accs with proxies and one vps. It is safe?

Hello.
Can i get ban for using eg 5 accounts, (without any cpa etc, only for account expansion) each account has its own private proxy but they are used on one vps. I use my own program to follow users using a pc browser. I wonder if instagram is interested in my vps address.
