Multiple Accounts on the same device [want to understand it one and forever!!]

I know that there's a lot of threads about it but my question is little bit different. Lets say that I create 15 accounts from 5 different devices and all of them with phone + email verification. Now I want to manage them from only 1 device separately, like: I connect to account #1 > logout > connect to account #2 > logout > till I get to account #15. In this way, I can get all these account banned? (no bot using).
Think about it, if there's a public wifi and thousands of people connect to Instagram from there so will be thousands of bans?!

Yes, there's publich wifi and thousand of people connect to instagram from DIFFERENT DEVICES, not everybody using the same phone.

Ok, so if I created full verified accounts from different devices but using them separately on the same device?

IP isn't the only thing they use to ban accounts. They also use device ID's. So if a lot of your accounts are reported for spamming, then IG will ban accounts under that device ID.

I confirm. You can run without troubles, but if one account get banned u have a big chance to get banned on all accounts

yet and maybe never will, but like it or not, if you link your accs together with logging in with the same device, same ip, using the same url in the website field etc, you're risking all your accs to get banned all at once, if any of those account get banned for any reason which doesn't mean, that it will happen for sure, but the risk will be always there
