i really have a hard time to understand what you are planning to do.
Please be more explicit
Do you want 1 proxy to be usable by multiple users ? or what exactly do you need ?

I think you wanting the Proxy to bind with your Firefox portable and that IP can be used by Multi users who will have that Portable Firefox you give.

If yes then you need to get proxy from that provider who provide Proxies to be work from unlimited locations without any limit of per machine.

Normally that's hard to find such provider so better to use IP Authorization instead to bind that proxy with your users IPs then it will work on those machines.

Hope it solve your concern.

I don't have any such service in mind who does that but i send you some advice via PM check.

Basically this depends from provider to provider.
Normally you need to add your IP to authorize.
