Yes it's definitely possible. Residential proxies are sourced from real home IPs, so they're hard to detect as a proxy. Their only downside is that they rotate, and having you FB account jumping all over the place will instantly trigger FB security. If you're fine losing some of your accounts then it's a cheaper alternative than rotating mobile proxies.
Use the following proxy setup:
- One account per IP
- Target the same city always
- Use long sticky sessions
