Multiple accounts on BHW

I am asking out of concern and/or fear of spam and feedback manipulation.
I read the terms and rules and I couldn't find a specific clause to confirm this, or I didn't find correctly.

No you can't, If anyone caught with multiple account Mods will ban all accounts.

Rule 3.3 specifically states “…., creating more than one account on BHW for the purposes of post count inflation or gaming the system.“ [is against the rules].

You may have a business account and a personal account for example. But those accounts should never bump each other’s threads.
