Nowadays you'll have to have multiple Google accounts too(at least if you use android), or iCloud.
I don't know a lot about manual account registration, I was doing that a few months ago, but now its way harder, I think they are able to identify devices now.
Maybe that's just on my side, but after a few accounts, they even asked me for a sign-in mail.
