best not to use emulators unless you are running aged accounts. Though, for longevity i suggest getting a few androids or a phone box and do remote control via PC (box is connected to a PC and the VA just connects to it and performs controls on it).
Using a social media management tool (like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer) is better than cloud phones these let VAs schedule posts and stories with links and engage safely without logging into real phones.
I don't think that there's any anti detect browser that auto posts.
