just use some anonymous browser like Hidemyacc, gologin with proxies

The main reason why an advertising account has its spending limit reduced is because the account has had unsuccessful payments and rejected advertising campaigns.

With a healthy advertising account, using a proxy is not necessary. Maintaining ads and previewing before posting a campaign is important to keep your ad account from having its spending limit reduced.
 
You can use Adspower to use multiple accounts. You should try to look for quality proxy when you using it as well. And if you want to rent some quality ad accounts, you will find many quality agency on BHW. Hope that i can help you with it.
 
I use gologin when I need many accounts. Use proxies as well. With these two things my accounts live for a long time and they don’t get blocked
 
Use an account with a high spending threshold and you should use additional proxies, to make your account more secure
 
it’s always good to use a single proxy per advertising account. You don’t want to get chain banned do you ?
