Multiniche channels - do they work?

I am looking to start a multiniche channel on youtube and I want to know whether the work or not? The reason behind this is that I am kind of jack of all and master of none.

I can make videos related to health, bh gaming stuff, make money online and couple of other niches. I have learnt abt youtube seo here on bhw and my plan is to rank them using those techniques and then bank on organic views and make money using adsense and yeah I will be targeting top tier countries only.

I request experienced youtubers to share their thoughts on this.
