Multimine - is it a scam?

Experimenting a little bit with various miners, including the so called cloud miner for Android called Multimine
Managed to reach the withdrawal limit twice (not for BTC, that takes longer), then turned out that KYC verification required that can be done only through their desktop site. So did it now twice, from the responses of the support it seems they are fooling around, their Play Store reviews are also horrible. So is there anyone here who has either good or bad experience with them?

Turned out to be a scam, wondering why Google allows apps like this on Play Store...

Anyway, figured out that it is also a method where
- you can harvest valid email addresses;
- personal data like passport, ID, bills, bank statements, etc.;
- you can cover your butt with a customer service that will throw only templated responses;
- you can generate revenue with embedded ads;
- even device data can be harvested.

And so on, probably there are additional ones that I am not aware of. Most of this copied by several apps on Play Store and well, as long as Google allows them, they are practically legit.

However to recognize this type of apps is relatively easy as most of them has a ridiculously high amount of 5 star reviews while barely any from the others.
