I would just like to start by saying I have used multilogin.com in the past when they had Trial Accounts (A couple of years ago); back then, there was limited competition for them.
Since then, I can see they have constantly and consistently evolved their product and service.

I recently learned that our company needed to use Anti Detect Browsers and Solid Proxies again.
Initially, I decided to go with incogniton.com, this was due to several reasons:

1. Tons of Profiles for cheaper pricing.
2. Human Emulation (Copy & Paste - Type It Out Auto Like A Human).
3. Cookie Collector/Manager.
(Multilogin also has these features .2 and 3.)

However, after testing the product, I learned that their product was being detected via the following websites (used to verify the product works correctly):
https://pixelscan.net/https://iphey.com/https://whoer.net/
After emailing their support (waiting over 24 hours for a response) and informing them about the issue, they confirmed that their product was not functioning correctly. Still, they failed to make this information public which I did not agree with (Lack of Transparency).

This was the email response received:

You are correct. At the moment our fingerprint masking is detected. Unfortunately without any modifications from our side the chromium version we are using is also marked as masking fingerprints.
We are working on a browser upgrade but it will take atleast another couple weeks before it is done.

I suggest you stick with Multilogin now and give us a try in 1 or 2 months.

Thanks for the extensive message.

So I did exactly that. I went back to the tried and tested service provided by Multilogin, and let me tell you that immediately the difference is night & day, not specifically the product (Because I know it will work and functions correctly). Still, mainly their support is simply outstanding; I spoke with Alesja S. via live chat for several minutes, I had issues with my old trial account, and she manually went ahead and fixed everything, which took a lot of effort and patience (It was just because I had a Legacy Account and since then they moved to a new billing system and onboarding platform). Alesja S. She fixed all issues and then activated my account for me after I provided the information requested.

She also was very transparent in advising me that Multilogin, too, had issues in the past; however, those issues were swiftly resolved (within hours), unlike incogniton who stated they require 1 or 2 months to fix the same issue.

Overall, I would say that the service and product is expensive compared to the competition, and yes, you may not get as many profiles either, but and this is a big but.. if you need to ensure your needs are always met in a timely fashion, backed by professional and hardworking support agents and want to use the Best Antidetect Browser in 2022 then you only have 1 company to choose, and that is Multilogin.com

I hope this helps anyone looking for similar services.

Thank You for reading.

Hi,

The purpose of an anti detect browser is to prevent your browser profiles from being linked to each other. This is done by masking not only the IP address but also other browser fingerprints such as canvas / hardware.

That said, the purport of the message that Incogniton fingerprints are detected is incorrect. It is indeed true that we do not pass the Pixelscan test, but that is not something which on its own is an issue. The goal of an anti detect browser is to make sure that individual profiles are not linked to each other, while still allowing people to do their work. This goal is still achieved.

We also never hid the fact that we didn't pass the test:

The method Multilogin used in the past for this is that they simply switched off the hardware fingerprinting masking techniques of a browser profile. This allowed you to pass the Pixelscan test, but this is actually done because your own hardware fingerprints are used. According to the documentation they still do that:

In short, it is indeed true that Incogniton does not pass the Pixelscan / Iphey test. But websites are unable to link the browser profiles together because even though the method of masking is detected, the real fingerprint is not available. This maintains the primary purpose of an anti detect browser.

We have 60K+ unique users a month which use our application mostly for FB ads / Google ads and they are happy with the product.
