Try changing the city of the proxies or worst case, have someone lend you a different proxy and check if you're still being detected.
I've used multilogin for years and use expensive proxies and never had any kind of leak whatsoever.

Ask the proxy provider if they work for ebay.
For the longest time many proxies didn't work for google services and it was a similar scenario as the one you're describing.
