Is it possible that if my competitor uses multilogin+4g proxies they would be able to click fraud my PPC ads on google?

As they will be able to create many types of profiles and accounts. Will google be able to detect it?

Google does not catch all fake clicks and you will still be charged for them. Especially, when you are dealing with proxies I recommend checking out ClickCease.
