Hey guys,

I've been working on my website for quite a while now, and it's gaining positive momentum. I've achieved impressive rankings for specific keywords and have started building a solid collection of valuable backlinks. Currently, the website is localized, but I'm keen on expanding the audience to include English speakers without having to start afresh. So I have some questions:

Considering the website's local domain (e.g., .fr/.de/it), is it possible to create a subsidiary site at xxxx.fr/en/? Obvisouly, I know it's not optimized, I'm wondering if it's worth a shot or if it's completely useless and should go with a .com extension.

Thank you for your feedbacks!

Just use a plugin that allow user to use there lanuage.

Monitor the results and then add the. Ext if needed.

Better to have mother domain as.com for long term and fruitful results.

WPML is the plugin that can help you create virtual pages for different languages. You can try using it and see how it works.
If it works then you might not need to switch to another tld like .com, etc.
