multilingual Articles submission site?

does anyone know if any of the article directories site accept non-english content articles?

(bonus question: what is going to happen if i submit 1 original article to my blog and then I manualy rewrite it and submit it to the article directories? but only 1 version to different article dirs!)

What language do you need?
You want submit 1 rewrited article to defferent article dirs? All major dirs will decline your article, perhaps u can multiply your article and then submit in different article directories.

Search google for the particular language article directories. You might find some.
