Multiaccount on Android Smartphone?

On Desktop you can do multiaccount using stuff like Dolphin anty or Incogniton + Proxy, but on smartphone which methods you can use (as I read that smartphone usage is usually better than desktop for Instagram)

Also, is there an equivalent of clearing cache/cookies (done on a desktop environment) but on smartphone, like app cloning/delete the app and re-downloading It?

I know these are kinda noob question but I don't know in which direction I can go for this Insta stuff, also I mainly want to use this for Mother/child growth, if this can change something.

For a smartphone, I use gologin, but I have it installed both on my computer and in my phone, very convenient, no need to pay 2 times
