Is there a way to run a web browser on an iPhone or android that allows multiple profiles and each profile can use a different proxy simultaneously?

Kind of, but kind of wanted something where I can save multiple profiles, each profile having a different proxy, and each profile not sharing any footprint to the next.

I am not sure if there is such a tool for mobile devices, but you can emulate mobile devices from PCs.
