Multi Niche Site Approach

Hey Guys,
I ran a local company web site which got heavily penalised (beyond saving imho) with all the wildlife updates (penguin / panda) and it offered various 'IT' related services. Now, I am starting a new web site under a new company name and want to offer the same services. My question is as follows, should I offer all the services (multi-niche) on one domain or do multiple domains and offer 1 service per domain?
The niches are: web hosting / web design / seo / software development / 3d / corporate identity

You'll get results faster if you create separate sites for each service, but if you have them all under one site, in the long run, your site will become an authority and you'll find it will be highly rewarding. So it's your call - it will take more time and money to establish one site offering all services.

I am in it for the 'long haul' so thats why Im inclining towards showing all the services; but also dont want my site to 'work against me' for any reason
