Do you know if there is some kind of browsers like Go login or Ads power or whatever, but that makes LinkedIn think that you are an Android phone? I know there are some emulators but they were not meant for this so they don't work well with proxies.
My point is, if I'm using a 4g proxy (so it is a rotating proxy) wouldn't it be better to use an Android fingerprint? It would be more realistic. I think LinkedIn doesn't check mobile phones as much as it does with normal computers.
