Multi Language Wordpress?

I am planning on building some sites in 3 languages, wordpress is my cms of choice however I have never built wp in multi-language. Does any have a hot tip for me? Hoping for a plugin to redirect on IP range or browser language and have the languages as the top level category was a thought, other than that its

language01.website.com
language02.website.com
language03.website.com

with a unique install on each sub-domain and the redirect on the website.com

Any thoughts?

Google translate script an option?

You can try WPML as well for translation.

As you have to pay for WPML, I would suggest you to use PolyLang which is free and I've used it for many sites.
