Is it possible to create multiple eBay accounts by using "incognito" mode and a residential IP from services like IP Royal or IP Burger? Also, how can I link the same Payoneer account to multiple eBay accounts? Additionally, what should I do about phone numbers and Gmail accounts? I'm considering selling eBay accounts to generate funds for starting my business, can you offer any advice?

1. incognito mode is not enough. Use antidetect browser.
2. You can't, same Payoneer account to multi ebay accounts will make ebay ban you.
3. You can buy phone numbers, gmail. But you can also farm gmail accounts by yourself if you have enough knowledge.

Payoneer can't use for Ebay US.

1 payonner account, associated with multiple accounts will trigger account association, ebay can detect the

I just posted this in an Etsy thread on the same topic, so I will just repost this:

There's several things you need to watch out for:

IP - I would definitively reccomend using a different IP, there's several ways to do it:
1) Try restarting your router/modem and see if that gives you a new IP, some people have a rotating IP while others have a static one (Residential IP)
2) If the above doesn't work, try making a hotspot from your phone and using that as your connection for managing the Etsy account, whenever you want a new IP just put your phone in flight mode or turn it off completely for 5 to 10 minutes (Mobile IP)
3) Easiest Option but probably with the lowest success rate would be to use a VPN (Datacenter IP), most websites can easily recognize datacenter IPs and VPNs in partucular you usually get the same IP shared by many people
4) Use a Residential or Mobile Proxy service like ProxyEmpire, Brightdata, Oxylabs etc, so you don't need to mess around with Steps 1 & 2, and it's much easier to manage many accounts that way :)

Browser/Device Fingerprint - I am not sure how sophisticated Etsy's multi-account protection is but you can try the following:
1) Making a new Chrome Profile or using Firefox Portable
2) If that doesn't work, use an anti-detect browser like Adspower(Free for up to 2 profiles, very cheap for 10), Multilogin, DolphinAnty or Gologin
3) Option 2 is the easiest and highest sucess rate in my experience, but if you insist on it.... You can also buy several new phones or computers (It's 2023 - no need for that :) )"

If it requires Phone verification you have 2 options - buy cheap simcards OR use a service like SMSPva. The 2nd option is usually cheaper, but not as reliable and if you want to keep the accounts for a long time and grow them I would just buy the simcards from Ebay or your local OLX-type of marketplace.

Wait I have 2 eBay accounts that are totally legit I owed eBay like $400 which I payed and they both were reinstated. What’s the deal about having multiple eBay’s it’s against the rules thought you could have 2

technically possible to create multiple eBay accounts using "incognito" mode and a residential IP from services like IP Royal or IP Burger, it is not recommended and may be against eBay's policies.

I know there are users who do this, but it must be an IP for an account. Do not use the same IP for multiple accounts, you must use the residential ip

So payonner works on eBay? You just need to use multiple people?!

it is not a good idea to create any ebay account with incognito mode, ebay can detect it easily.

What you need is to set up different browers and window profiles.

The reality is that what you say is still not enough. Creating an eBay seller account now requires a lot of knowledge and effort. It's best to find a supplier who can sell to you at a reasonable price.

buying stealth accounts wont work in the long run, you will fall into the game of constantly struggling to keep your accounts alive. It is not worth it if you cannot pump your account to a certain sales number.

Stealth accounts will have a very high risk of getting banned, with that cloud on your head, you wont be able to grow the account.

the multi browsers/profiles method works, it just won't work by itself, you need to do a whole list of other things to make it work. It is better than just using private mode.

I agree with you that everything should be kept confidential. However, as I mentioned, your instructions on creating a non suspended eBay stealth account are incomplete and inaccurate. There are many factors such as environment, IP, behavioral actions, information, etc. that can affect the account live or die

The point of the message is not to provide a complete guide to the poster, the point of it is to provide a general direction on the subject matter and to point out that his provide mode method is obviously not going to work.

No one knows the exact metric on how ebay filter new accounts, so any information anyone can provide on how to open a new account is inherently incomplete/misguiding, this is a process that you need to learn via trial and error and ultimately coming out with your own secret sauce.

I completely agree with you. Over the past two months, I have created over 500 eBay seller accounts, and currently, only 100 accounts are still alive. The success rate is 20%, and I am working on completing the final pieces. I think I am close to finding the solution.

that is not a bad survival rate, and people need to understand, they can read all the guru books they can here on BHW, it does not matter, your survival rate on new accounts will most likely be under 30%, and that is just the beginning ebay filter. Once you start selling, you will face first restriction, second restriction, going thru that will lower your overall survival rate to under 10%.

And then as if this is not enough, you still gotta sell products to generate profits. This is no easy task with the steep competition, ebay fees, do you have the right infrastructure to buy the right product with the right price and to deliver the products to your customers' doorstep within prescribed time. Finally but not least, you will need to deal with the bad reviews, returns & refunds, constant messages from buyers.

All in all, opening accounts is very small portion of the whole pie. So think twice before you devote your time, effort and $$ into this venture.
