5. Refund Policy​

1. 72-Hour Guarantee: You may request a full refund of hosting setup fees (excluding domain or add-on fees) if you cancel within 72 hours of service activation. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected].​
2. After 72 hours, services cannot be refunded. Any exception is at Mullcloud's sole discretion.​
3. Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed.​

• The advertised features of the top-level plan were included with the account the seller provided me with.
• The hosting dashboard was functional and had little to no issues.
• The storage space available on the dashboard was as advertised.
• The speed of the servers was acceptable.

• Service Quality: The quality of the product or service that we receive is what you should expect, or better. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, please let us know via the report button.
