MTurk to add targeted users to telegram group?

I'm looking for a way to grow a telegram group up as fast as possible. Every github bot to scrape and add users get me a Flood Error so that is not a viable method.

Here I come with this idea: if I use Mturk and pay people to manually add users from selected groups to mine, could that work? Is it something that is actually possible to do with Mturk? I'm not experienced with the platform at all, imma be honest, hence the question.

Yes , that should be possible , look also into other microtask websites , like picoworkers, microworkers etc

I did something like that on mturk and mturk is not really a platform for that kind of thing.... at least from my experience. mturk is more like for machine learning tasks. But picoworkers would work for you though I think picoworkers pricing policy is quite bad. Too expensive. There are other platforms to go, like seosprint.
