i don't know what you mean by admin account but i have two accounts on MSDN which is issued to us from our university because they are in msdn network, i can download all microsoft software with original license,btw care to elaborate what is Admin account on MSDN?.

You may invite users (up to 7 as I know) with an admin Bizspark account. I'm also interesed in buying single untouched accounts for reasonable price.
