MRSS Feed Syndication and Distribution

I've seen successful channels made their vids syndicated by almost a thousand multi media aggregators and scraper blogs real quickly making it something like viral. That definitely produces a lot of views.

I've tried submitting my YT channel's RSS/MRSS feeds to a few like Google, Yahoo, Blinkx, Videosurf and Live. I also ping my channels and vid urls but it didn't really made a big impact in terms of distribution.

So, how's the proper way of getting a lot of video syndication? Is there a software that does some automation?
