MP for new accounts

Hello! does anybody heard something about how will look money holds with Managed payments for new sellers?
Maybe there is any countries accounts which already joins managed payments when registering selling account?

When I got signed up to this on one of my accounts they held the payment for 3 days now it’s down to a couple of days. When signing up you need a bank account attached and direct debits activated so they can take money from your account. Also they don’t pay weekends or bank holidays.

is that for a new sellers? sounds too good to be true for ebay new seller account

In my business accounts it was straight away.
I have had a couple of emails about other seller accounts I do not use anymore about signing to managed Payments.
Not opened any new normal accounts recently to know for sure.
