Hello,

which kind of links count as spam?

For example when I use on each of my post 14+ nofollow links (300 words article) is that Spam?
I use some content and than I use like 7 pictures and each of this pictures get a nofollow link under the picture for attribution purposes. Like Source: flickr.com/auhor

Is this spam? Or is it only spam if my links are all ********?

I doesn't matter if it is 1 links in a 5000 word article... it is the intent behind the link that makes it spam. Just make sure your content and links provide value to visitors and you'll likely never have a problem. If you make pages that annoy people then you can eventually expect some payback.

At first, you could concentrate on building high quality links to avoid such situations. By the the way, did you use 7 pictures within one article?

Alright, some of the SEO firms promise you to offer hundreds of links. Almost without fail, most of the links are from spammy, disreputable sites, etc.. You could know that they won't help you anymore, so be aware of the links that you buy. .

I might say, below things causes count links as spam,

- Poor quality posts
- Buying low quality back links
- Keyword stuffing

However, if you know nothing about SEO, and you’re doing nothing more than publishing awesome content and building relationships with your readers, you’re probably safe.

Good Luck - BB

Yes for example I write something about celebs and than I will show pictures of them so I use the pictures and write under the picture via instagram.com/celeblink.

And sometimes I use up to 10 pictures like this.

I don't buy backlinks and I don't do Keyword stuffing the only thing could be thin content because my average words are 350-500

Just in case you're wondering about picture attributions, it's safe.

So if I only use nofollow links for picture attribution I should be safe and don't get a spam score?
