i just purchased moz account but still the same error
:(
I don't know then, sorry! But from your 2nd screenshot I can see there's a checkbox beneath the input form, that says "I'm using moz paid accounts", so you might want to tick that checkbox and try again.

Also, are you sure that you've typed your credentials in the right format? One single dot or comma misplaced and it won't work, so double check that too...

That specific error code means that your authentication credentials aren't correct.

Is your API key set up properly?

This means error unauthorized or Invalid authentication typically indicates credential issues with the Moz API.

please double-check that you entered Moz ID and Secret correctly and ensure they are active.

I think you need other info, not the API. The tooltips say "IDs and Secrets", so it's either your MOZ username and password, or other unique keys that MOZ give you

Yes I can't see whats in red, but it appears you have not all info. You need 2 pieces of info and they are seperated by the pipe key the | its the key above enter (at least on a US keyboard).

So you need the moz ID and then the secret key like

MozID|secretKey

No spaces

I am also having major problems with this. I have a paid Moz api key and purchased the "premium moz plugin" have been entering it with the pipe key and no spaces. i still keep getting "error unauthorized missing or invalid authentication" have had nothing but problems with scrapebox even after whitelisting, re installing........... Outbound link checker also wont open but that's a problem for another day i guess lol

outbound link checker is probably a dll issue.

Go into your main scrapebox folder, and there are 3 dll files.

ielib64.dll

libeay32.dll

ssleay32.dll

Copy all 3 of those files and then go to your addons folder (which is there in the main scrapebox folder)

And then the folder to the specific addon.

Then paste those 3 dll files in that specific addon folder. So if it’s the outbound link checker your working with, then paste them in the outbound link checker addon folder.

Do this with Scrapebox Shut Down.

Then go back into scrapebox and try and run the addon, does it work?

On the moz plugin, what version of the plugin are you using?

Legend, outbound link checker appears to be working now.

As for moz, the version is 1.0.0.3

So on moz, I created a free moz ID and then entered my email/credit card and it works.

However they limit it to like 50 rows a month, so its really just a tiny free sample, but its working.

So you make sure whatever you do that you enter a valid email and a valid credit card.

Further the errors kicked back are errors that moz is sending. Scrapebox doesn't interpret any issues and make up its own error code.

Scrapebox is literally showing you the exact error that moz is sending back. So moz should be able to troubleshoot their own error codes. (although my experience is that any employee of a company that either is ignorant of an issue or lazy will often pass the buck where they can - can't say I never did it though, wasn't my finest moments, but that was decades ago).

Could you walk me through what you did?

I generate my token on Moz, click on the "legacy credentials" copy and paste exactly what's in there access id starting with "mozscape" and secret code, no spaces separated by the "|" pipe key.

Is there a step im missing? I have a paid moz key so the "i am using paid moz account" is checked. Not sure what else im missing. Everything is being inputted correctly because its just a straight copy paste.

There is any substitue for Moz to use more than 50 rows per month for free?
Good times of 10k+ rows per month are gone, we need to go all in when somtehing is working...
