Moz metrics are all about links.
Not much quality control as far as I know.
And their spam score is a joke.
Basically the more links you have the higher the da/pa.

Blast some backlinks at some high DA targets. You can possibly find some good list sellers in the marketplace.

I think most of them use Google redirect links ( If we click any of these links, they all take us to the same type of page which is a redirect page most of them are Google owned websites) this is how Moz DA manipulation works and yes it is still possible

BLAST backlinks from sites that have higher DA than your own website.

Handful of link blasts will do the trick. They're just proportionate to number of links rather than quality.
