MovoCash Error

Hello, I have installed Movocash today in Bluestacks on my PC.
everything seems to run fine but when I want to create movo account, after putting the confirmation code, I get error

General Processing Error. Please Try Again

any tips how to fix it?

Do you use a USA number phone ?
Or what country ?

is your problem solved ? i am facing same issue ... after putting sms code... General processor error comes... i ve changed movo version as well... using textnow number....
