Is there a way to grow my new channel with subscriptors from my older channel? How could I send direct invite to them? Should I link my channels?

You can ask your subscribers in the end of your videos.

Yes you can do what @ellay said and also make a community post if you sub is above 1k and your channel has community tab

You will have to promote your other channel on the old channel. There is no automated way of doing this. You can put links in your about section and ask viewers to subscribe to your new channel at the end of the videos

Run a giveaway in your new channel and tell your audience to subscribe the new channel if they want to participate in the giveaway
