Blogger is not that easy like wordpress. Yes, most of the blogger themes are now responsive. But you will not be able to do all the things you can do with WordPress. There's no plugin for blogger, you've to do everything yourself. Example: There are enough plugins for WP for meta tags. But on Blogger - u will have to edit the html codes to put the metas.

YOAST the best way to go for SEO about the themes you don't need to worry about that there is plenty of those everywhere you look you will see a Wordpress theme.
Also try out Nested Pages, King Composer and Beaver Page Builder.
