Moving to Singapore !!!!

there are seo jobs in SG on a daily basis but 1. most are aiming to recruit indians immmigrants, not you [ westerner ] so the salaries are also aimed at indians. you may find them unacceptable if you are used to us$2-4k+ 2. you need a work permit. which is based on certain documents. a lot of people lack one or more documents required for a work permit. no permit no job [ or only ones with dodgy bosses ]

think VERY carefully before choosing sg for employment. you might not make it. and it has nothing to do with your skills

English isn't my native language so I never make comments about someone's grammar, but, OP, if your english is so fucking bad as your post suggests you have nothing to do in SG unless you speak any other language such as malaysian at least, and even in that case it shall be hard to find any IT-related job with that level of english you shown here.

I myself wouldn't live in place like Bangkok even if some one would pay for me to do so.

SG is awesome. Your best bet is to just scrape and spam businesses with SEO offers. Most will want to meet you face to face. If you're Indian/Sri Lankan, you might face a hurdle, because most of the serious business owners are local Chinese and some of them can be a bit discriminatory (heck, I've seen ads for flats where they say "No Indians or PRC").

I'm a "westerner", which allowed me to charge a premium. One of my vrey first SEO gigs was for $3200/mo...client had several businesses. Needless to say, I was chuffed to bits when I landed that contract. If you're British, you are about to enter a playground. Women, business, connections, etc. The taxes in SG are nothing, and local food is good and cheap.

Housing and cars, on the other hand, are an absolute fortune.

Anyway, rent a room...forget renting your own place for now unless you're consistently banking $5K SG every month. You can go out as far as Pasir Ris and save some money. The green line has good links into the city. Alternatively Ang Mo Kio is central and has a lot of good food.
