Moving scrapbox to new computer

Question about moving scrapbox to a new computer.
I just got a new computer and want to move the license to it. The problem is that the paypal account I used to pay for scrapbox is now closed. I still have access to the email I used to order it but I cannot get the transaction ID. Does any know if there is a way to transfer the license without the transaction ID?

If you are talking about a license transfer for yourself (moving you SB license from an old computer of yours to a new computer of yours, for example), that is still allowed AFAIK. What was banned a bit back was resales of SB licenses from one person to another - was causing too many clusterfucks I think.

But if you cannot get the transaction ID, you probably are going to have a bit of a hassle to get the xfer done. Maybe take a look at loopline's video on license xfers and getting the info you need, there might be a thought or two in there for you, or maybe contact sbox support as suggested above. Before you do that you might want to dig through your digital archives and make sure you don't have the transaction ID listed anywhere, I almost always record that info somewhere in the event of a future need for it.
