moving out , any tips ?

Hello , so i'm currently working in a mailing company , we mainly promote throw email (95% spam , we're in a 3rd world country so there are no regulation :v ) , the problem is that i don't feel i get paid enough , i only get 2% of what i make for the company(plus the 300-400$ salary) so i decided to go indie , i'm going to promote my own offers in my free time to earn some $$$ to quit my job eventually

so this is the current plan that i'm going to use :

1) buy email lits

2) buy or loan a server with a few ips (probably 2 or 3 as i'm a start up )

3) promote cpa offers throw email , i think that i'm gonna look for PPC offers then i might move to leads & others when i'm ready

so tell me your opinions , what do you think i should do to improve my plan ?

any cpa networks that you suggest ? & what is the average servers price ?

If your outside the US like you say, then your sitting on a email gold mine if you have the right list.

that why i'm motivated to go for the email marketing , there are completely 0 rules for the internet here , even spammers who scam people for their bank account don't get caught , and rearly go to jail (3 months max) if they get reported from a foreign country (very rare )
anyway , could you suggest any tips ?
