Moving money from HK setups to legal company

Hey guys,

I’m in the replica business, and I recently bought 3 setups in Hong Kong through UniqPayments (company + nominee + bank account). I’ll soon start receiving money there, and I’m trying to figure out the safest way to transfer the funds to my legal company, which is 100% under my name and fully legit.

Here’s the situation:

  • Option 1: Send the funds to UniqPayments, and they convert it to crypto (USDT) with a 2.5% fee.
→ The problem is: once I receive the crypto, how do I clean it and justify it as legitimate income for my legal company?
  • Option 2: Send the money directly from the HK companies to my legal company.
→ This worries me, because even though I bought the setups through UniqPayments, I have no idea who the real owners or nominees are behind those HK companies. If those people get into legal trouble, could my transactions be traced and linked back to me, putting my legal company at risk?

I’m looking for smart, low-risk strategies to move the funds from these setups to my clean structure — either via crypto, contracts, invoicing, or any method that won’t come back to bite me later.

If anyone has experience with this or knows a solid route, I’d really appreciate it.

I also have a setup with them. Just ask them. They're really professional and they have customized solutions for different clients.

What the legal company country. That changes everything about tax and reporting. If you share where your registered, people can give you more targeted advice. Right now, both of your options look risky unless you can fully document them with legit contract.

Hello Peter, yes they're offering solutions but I want to listen more options.

Hello, thank you for thelp. The legal company will be based in Andorra.

Use a shell company with stealth informations, invoices the money as Freelancing payment from both sides, more fees but safer.
You can invoice directly to your company, but If things turns south & your company invoices are the only ones there, that's a problem.

HK setup --->> Company Digital Marketing(invoice)
hi ive seen you respond 2 times with that answer, but isn it strange if you are in europe and recieve money for marketing from the other side of the world?

It would depend on where is your actual/real company.

As a general recommendation, we would definitely use an intermediary legal company, in a country that's not HK but it's not your home country (where you and your company are). If you choose a reputable (and affordable) country, but you do a proper setup, it should keep you safe.

This intermediary company would help you protect yourself (by no receiving money directly from a place/business you don't want to show). And if you do it through a third country, you will avoid the connection with HK. Since you don't live in that country either, if you have the smallest problem, you can always kill that intermediary corp and get a new one somewhere else.

The intermediary corp can be under your own name (low risk but cheap).

Depending on the volumes you are managing, the setup can be cheaper than the 2.5% fee
