any recommendations on what to avoid when starting, how I can avoid getting banned, or suspensions, and what type of factors make a brand-able product, rather than a pump n dump like tiktok

Nice move. FB can definitely be more stable once you dial it in, but yeah, they're way stricter than TikTok. You always need to make sure your ads are clean and have a few backups ready because you never know when they’ll flag something for no reason.

If you're just starting, definitely avoid using fresh accounts with no activity, Facebook flags those fast. Warm up your accounts, keep ad spend low at first, and don’t change IPs or devices too frequently. Also, avoid aggressive copy or landing pages that scream 'hard sell' — it’ll trip the review bots. Slow and steady testing usually works best.

When it comes to choosing a brand-able product, focus on something that solves a real-world problem and has emotional appeal. If people can see themselves using it and it fits into a lifestyle or niche, it’s got potential for long-term branding. Pump-and-dump offers might go viral, but they’re hard to scale or retarget without burning the ad account

that's like everything. You ask like a lot, lol

Switching from short-form traffic to paid traffic is not simply changing channels, but also changing mindset. Pump & dump products can survive for a few days on the old platform, but when running paid, especially with a strict censorship system, it is easy to lose accounts if the content is unclear or has no real value. You should choose products with long-term scaling potential, brand building, and good after-sales support. Creative needs to be clean, funnel coherent, and user behavior on the web must also be natural. Once trust is maintained, scaling will be much easier.

To avoid bans and build a brandable product, follow Facebook's policies, focus on quality and transparency, and create a product with long-term appeal and customer loyalty.

Running ads on Facebook is not hard, I have run ads on FB many times even for gray goods, dating, gambling and other stuff. A good account to run it costs $10, so there is no problem at all.

You need to properly cloak your ads and use proper methods and tools.

If you knew how to cloak your ads on TikTok with proper methods, I don't why you'd not be able to run ads on FB.

Isolate all your accs and use clean proxies

Comply with content policies, Do not buy fake interactions, Avoid spam or duplicate content.

Leverage Facebooks superior targeting and analytics tools, also adjust the tone and messaging to better suit Facebooks demographic

Each platform has its own policies. You should carefully read FB's terms and principles before doing so to avoid being banned or suspended.

Don’t follow/like/post quickly, create multiple accounts, switch between VPN servers or use data center IPs. Don’t use disposable emails or untraceable phone numbers.

When you switch advertising platforms, you also need to consider and research whether your product is suitable for the platform.

To avoid being banned and build a sustainable brand on Facebook, you need to follow the policies and change your mindset to paid traffic. Low-quality products or unclear content will be quickly eliminated by the strict moderation system.Focus on product quality, transparency, and long-term scalability. Build your brand, good after-sales support, along with clean content and natural behavior on the site. Once you have gained trust, scaling will be easier, helping you create a sustainable product and loyal customers.

Moving to paid traffic requires a mindset shift, not just a channel change. Low-value products might perform briefly on old platforms but risk suspension under strict ad policies. Select products with growth potential, strong branding, and reliable support. Ensure ads are clear, funnels logical, and user actions genuine to build credibility and simplify scaling.
