Moving from blogger to wordpress and SEO?

Hi, I currently own a blogger website and I want to move it to wordpress because it's much better. I guess I will loose all the seo traffic I currently have, right? How can I minimize this effect?
Edit: I will change the format of the url from blogger to the "seo-optimized" url from wordpress.

First of all, you know onething if you want to make any changes in the domain format, it affects the blog. And you can easily transferred the site from blogger to wordpress.
