Movies Site. Is it worth?

As the title says. I was thinking of making a movie site and then locking it with a content locker like Leadbolt or Blamads. Do you think is it worth doing? I want to make $500-1000 with it for a start. I know even more can be earned but i'm just asking will it work...

I will purchase everything.

The webhost and install wordpress and then use a movie like theme. Then I will link my movies to the site. I will be uploading the movies personally.

Is it worth it? Yes. But it involves work. You can make money with it, I did and lots of others do.

Yes! if you want that your visitor come again on your site then use pop up instead of using content locker

That's a lot of work posting manually, you might want to take a look at movieblogpress who offer a service for automate posts for the movie, tv shows, adult and anime niches.

Great. I know it involves lots of work but in the end your hard work pays.

Content locker pays more than pop-up ad. Also I don't like pop-up ads they just bug me.

I have seen it, but I don't understand is it one time payment or monthly. It says: "$40 Monthly for your first site". By reading that it means that every month I have to pay $40 for the service.

If as you said, you have the money to purchase everything like SEO tools, then I think you should go for more low hanging fruit and just crush those.

Movie sites are not worth it in my opinion if you're just getting into it now. With all the legal trouble you could get into, competition from thousands of other sites, as well as the ability for anyone to torrent the full, better quality version in less than an hour.

there is still money in it. Try to do decent work setting it up and possibly automate. You have ton of sub niches to choose from. I made very decent money with similar niches years ago. Just keep trademark / copyright infringement in mind! I won't go into details, I made few posts in that area already.

Yes it's worth it ... I have 6 movie sites, some micro targeted and some more broad. I used MGCash's file gateway for 1 of them and forgot about it for 3 months. I was going through on of my less used Analytic accounts and saw it was getting 9-15 visits a day with NO SEO or work at all.

I looked in my MGCCash account and it's making 1 conversion every 27 visits!

Oh, Leadbolt SUCKS! I suggest MGCash for movies ...

Where do you plan to upload the movies? Your own hosting or movie sites like Megavideo?

Sorry to gangster your thread OP but I got to clear this up!

You could use automated sites for movies. Might look a little better or save you time but your users will hate you.

This what you do ... Get a Filefactory account, "I know they suck but you'll see why in a sec."

use there torrent downloader to upload movies to your account and transfer those files to a better host remotely.

add those movie files to a "file gateway" and add them to your site.

Put a little banner in the widget area of your site that say's ...

Report Broken Links, etc.

this gives you an ACTUAL movie download site that your visitors will love and won't mind completeing an offer for. And it can all be outsourced...

Im averaging about 25-30$/1000 visits with blamads and a movie site. So i guess traffic is king

, i get a lot of traffic so for me its very nice bonus indeed

I know there's money to be made in movie sites for sure however I'm not sure content blockers of the best Way to go. when I want to check out a movie I'll either Google it or go to pirate Bay.

it seems that movie sites are using Yahoo answers to get traffic I'm sure there using other ways also but when I Google (watch *movie* online) there always seems to be Yahoo answers there pointing to sites

and also I think a lot of work involved in always making sure your feeds are working. and if you make sure that the feeds are always working on should I would work to your benefit because some of the top ranking sites always seem to have their feeds down

I suggest you go another route, movies/tv shows+content locking is extremely OVERSATURATED

It's per month, you can try a 14 day trial (any niche) if you go to the homepage and scroll down to the purchase area.

As a start this amount won't come in a matter of days. Would take a month to achieve this. So a month.

MGCash, I applied through one of my non-movie site. They never mailed me back either they accepted me or not.

One question is MGCash having SMS Locker. I have heard of it. Can you lock your content with SMS locker? Plz reply...

For this thing I need Filefactory premium account.And this will take more time I guess.

Yes they have a SMS locker but I don't think they accept USA SMS. I'm not sure though! You should sign up with a Movie Site that get's at least some traffic to it. I'm going to be using them on all my movie sites soon.

The Filefactory thing is easy! It's just a matter of paying for memberships and data transfer but it's worth it. It's going to take you ages to upload movies to Movie Hosts.

A good combination is:

Torrent Link (to) Filefactory (From) Filefactory (to) Fileserve (from) Fileserve (to) "file gateway"

This also backs up your movies so just use filefactory as storage...
