Movieblogpress - Customize/Modify Theme

movieblogpress users -
do you guys change the theme in any way or do you just use the themes exactly the way they are?
do you modify it, create a whole new theme, just change color scheme, etc.?

i'm really not a fan of the theme i'm using but if people are successful with it this way then i won't spend my time and money changing it.

I generally change my wordpress themes according to my requirements. There are lots of free wordpress themes but they do not completely fulfill webmasters requirements. Therefore I change in themes according to my needs.
