Its possible your price might not be high enough, many of the movie subscription sites charge a monthly fee of 20+ for monthly access. Are you able to convert a majority of these visits into paying customers or is it just flow through?
might be a bad traffic source.

Those traffic networks are sometimes very hard to figure out. it's a full time job to be a wwwpromoter expert. Very possible to make money on their platform but don;t expect to buy traffic and it converts right away.
Talk to your rep and they should be able to help you with targeting tricks. From my experience, the best movie traffic is seo and social spamming.
