Movie website download button and monetized Adsense website linking ,How does it work?

I've noticed a movie website with a download button that leads to another site where they have a blog filled with adsense ads.

The blog presents two buttons: one for a 10-second wait before reaching the final download page.

How does this process work, and if I have 1000 movies, do I need 1000 blog posts to directly link them or are there tricks ?

I'm curious to know how this process works
