There are a few DMCA ignore hosting providers on here, but it really depends on ur budget.
if budget is an issue(u dont have the 3x$200 minimum a month/$7000+ a year), then ur best bet is to get go through a host
if budget isnt an issue and u know how to setup with HLS and linking the dedicated servers together, then just search DMCA in the search bar and ul find a few.
me personally, i use onionhost, but having a few issues with them so dont know if i'd recommend them, and definitely not if ur a starter/learning.
