I can vouch for Pursuit to happiness and wolf of wall street even though the story line differs between the 2 movies. The first one shows how an individual can start low to high while the later shows how an individual can start high and fall down without a good strategy.

Agreed and also how to earn a living as a scumbag. Take away the spectacle of the hookers and drugs and you're left with a guy who used high pressure sales techniques to cheat people out of their retirement money...no different from a door to door salesman who does your dear sweet grandmother out of her pension.
Enjoyed the movie though.

I see a lot of people listing Wolf Of Wallstreet as a movie that changed there life. It changed my life as well. But, maybe for a different reason...
It changed my life in regard to always practicing business in a ethical and legal way, and doing right by clients; and if you don't it can result in jail-time and heartache.
