Movie streaming website

I was thinking today about starting a movie streaming website but I lack the technical knowledge to actualy build one from scratch , (Also I'm doing it for fun and see how things work out )
Things I have found here and some other sources
-DMCA ignored hosting for the website
-Will be using iframe and use iframe from video hosting servises like Vidbom , openload , etc ..

I also read people commenting "you can use scripts to manage your videos " and stuff like that ,
could anyone point me the right way to do it , I was considering actualy doing all the work manualy at first

Hey the best way is to do it yourself at start it is easy to do if you have the source where to get the movies from also search here and on the net there is a lot of info and even free templates you can download to get started with your movie website ,i do advise you to set everything up offshore like domain,hosting ect like this DMCA wont be able to touch you good luck
