Guys,

Do you think it's best to host te files or to leech and stream?

I know all the costs with hosting my own and the work involved with policeing etc etc and copyright stuff. Just wondering wehther its worth doing it that way any more or just streaming off others..

Whats your opinion.

I think it is much better if you leech and stream the movies. If you host the movies and you are in the USA, you can get serious troubles. Even if you are in the usa you can lose your website. Better split your traffic between several websites, so you can stay under the radar.

Never Upload any movies to your site. A simple ip addess will get you in serious trouble. If i were you i would link them to a site (not direct like megavideo) that put the same movie up

Just embed the videos.. Save yourself the trouble of hosting it yourself, as mentioned there's many reasons why not to host them yourself. Also, not all hosting providers will allow you to stream videos. I guess you could pay them to let you, but still.. you have to put more money aside for your hosting..

I don't do either... The movies are hosted elsewhere - in other words I am promoting a program that offers free movie bandwidth to users then they have to pay min $4.95/mo for more access. Have done everything except for adding a content locker as I want to get more traffic first. I have got 5 conversions so far without the content locker, it might not sound like much but considering my lack of resources it is a good start .

I've done it but only because I was streaming in an application which I was charging for.

Its easier money if you just stream the content onto your own site and less hassle because all you have to do is find a duplicate stream if yours goes offline. I owned a couple tv / movie stream sites threw out the years and made decent income. There is certain ways you to stuff on your site to make the big bucks.

Thanks to all who guided me from not doing any blunders

mean while i came to conclusion

here is my plan i want to use if any problems with this please let me know


at first i used find the movie download links from any ddl sites

then i put in to my blog with share cash or any content locker

then i will upload to youtube to get some traffic

is this fine to get some pocket money for me guys please help me

can my plan work?

sites like youtube are great inspiration, u can go dat way too .. oryou can do a separate sector for downloading stuff instead of streaming, bbut believe me streaming is da best option for traffic ..
