What's the legality of this,since you aren't hosting the movies
it should be legal,but i've seen sites like these taken down
i suppose for the endorsement of such activity?

Well usually it's just the videos from the source that is removed, Google also removes sites from it's index if complaints are made.

Sidereel has the best idea.

Well i've seen link sites go down with FBI warnings on them so i'm not sure where the line is drawn
