Movie Link Site

Hey guys,

I have a movie site very similar to primewire.ag/solarmovie.so (~50k films/~2.4 million links), that allows stratification by genre/actor/director/etc. The next step is to get a consistent user base to the site. My current plan is to ad fly the links to the videos (I want to keep a user base, so don't want to content lock).

I have roughly 15-20k to spend on getting this up and running. What would be a few recommendations on how to drive meaningful traffic to this in a manner that would create an active user base(in conjunction with it being a user friendly site that provides seamless content)? I realize this next question is vague, but roughly how many hits per day could I expect to see after spending 15-20k on trying to create an active user base?

I wrote the scripts. It also determines when links are broken and removes them on it's own, and determines when a video is running low on links and goes and finds new ones.

in addition, it determines when it finds a new movie, and if it doesn't have IMDB information on it, it goes and pulls all the information on imdb on it's own and stores it so that film joins the list.
