Movie Indexing?

So yea i was board the other week so i made a video indexing type website where people can watch films straight from my site, its not the best and its only got 50 films so far which are embedded not hosted on my site, i know these sites tend to get shut down fast so im trying to learn a little bit more about the legal side of it i also want to know if any of you guys could give me some tips, i have it on wordpress at the moment but i want it to be more like 1channel.ch or solarmovie.eu somewhere users can submit links etc

so does anybody know of any better themes i could use or anything i should know?

you may want to switch domains (for example a .ch domain like your competitor); it may help you from getting shut down. You would probably need an offshore hosting company as well.
